Our Commitment to Sustainability

At our core, we recognize the irreplaceable value of direct engagement with our customers and partners. Personal interactions foster trust and collaboration, which is the driving force behind Xplore. However, we are acutely aware of the environmental implications that physical events can bring. We believe in accountability for our carbon footprint and are committed to transparency in our efforts to mitigate it. To ensure Xplore aligns with our sustainability goals, we are implementing several key initiatives.

Carbon Offsetting
We will calculate the carbon emissions of the event including travels and invest in projects that reduce greenhouse gases by the equivalent amount.

Sustainable Operations
From sourcing eco-friendly materials to working with reusable equipment and reducing waste, we aim to incorporate sustainability into every aspect of the event's operations.

Social Responsibility
We strive to ensure that the social implications of our supply chain practices are just and equitable, aligning with our broader ESG objectives.

Governance and Ethics
Our event is governed by strict ethical standards, ensuring that we uphold our commitments to all stakeholders and to the planet.

We also chose Andaz Munich Schwabinger Tor for its commitment to sustainability which includes:

  • Farm-to-table approach and use of local organic produce
  • Reducing waste and promoting circularity
  • Using green energy and reducing energy use
  • Certified by Deutsches Institut für Nachhaltigkeit & Ökonomie
  • Added bonus: Beehive on the roof

We invite all attendees to join us in this journey and welcome any suggestions or ideas that can help us enhance our approach to a sustainable event.
